These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to the website located at www.cerebralcorridors.com and all associated sites linked to it by Cerebral Corridor Productions LLC, including all affiliated domains and subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Cerebral Corridor Productions LLC (“Cerebral Corridors”) and its licensors. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Cerebral Corridors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, change, modify, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Cerebral Corridors reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Violation of These Terms of Use
Cerebral Corridors reserves the right to take any actions it deems necessary or appropriate in response to any actual or suspected violation of these Terms of Use. This may include suspending or terminating your access to the Site, cooperating with law enforcement or other government agencies, or initiating legal proceedings against you.

Accordingly, you consent to Cerebral Corridors seeking injunctive or equitable relief in such circumstances, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
Cerebral Corridors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Travis County, Texas, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Cerebral Corridors in writing and allowing at least thirty (30) days for a response. If the dispute is not resolved within that time, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cerebral Corridors reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
You agree that any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. This section shall survive termination of these Terms.
Miscellaneous
You may not use, export, or re-export any portion of the Site or its content in violation of applicable United States export laws and regulations. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or services.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, along with any additional legal notices or policies published by Cerebral Corridors, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cerebral Corridors with respect to your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral. Any waiver of a provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Cerebral Corridors. No waiver of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be interpreted to confer any rights or remedies on any third party. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Cerebral Corridors. Any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.
Cerebral Corridors may provide access to international information, programs, or services that are not announced or available in your region. Reference to such information does not imply intent to make such offerings available in your country.
Void Where Prohibited
The Site and all services or products offered through it are intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the United States. Cerebral Corridors operates this Site from within the United States and does not guarantee that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Accessing the Site from territories where its content or services are illegal is strictly prohibited.
If you choose to access or use the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. Force Majeure
Cerebral Corridor Productions LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the Site or its services due to any causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, embargo, acts of civil or military authorities, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, labor strikes or shortages, power failures, Internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service interruptions, or any other unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a Force Majeure, Cerebral Corridors’ obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as practicable, but we shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from such delays or interruptions.
Users acknowledge that certain Site functions and services depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure, and delays or outages in those services constitute valid Force Majeure events beyond Cerebral Corridors’ control.
Feedback and Information
Any comments, suggestions, ideas, materials, or other feedback you provide to Cerebral Corridors through this Site or by other communication channels, including email or contact forms, shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
